Virtual Small-Group Classes with Melissa Petrichko, CPT are 1-hour long interactive, circuit classes with a wide variety of strength & cardio exercises that will challenge you.

As a group exercise instructor (GXI), I believe in Small Group Training to build a community of people who become friends through moving together. Lack of consistency is the number one reason why people fail to improve their fitness, yet the number one reason why people like going to fitness classes is to be with their friends.

 

We’ve combined the best of both worlds through CPT guided small group training classes.

Our Small-Group Training Class offers the best in virtual training from the convenience of your home. Plus, working with a certified personal trainer is the most beneficial way to address individual fitness objectives. Our welcoming community will encourage you to work on your personal fitness in a virtual social setting, plus give you the accountability you need!
